Kenya Airways will open direct flights from Nairobi to the capital of Mozambique from June 14 Maputo.
Flights will operate on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Flight KQ740 will depart Nairobi at 09:50 and arrive in Maputo at 13:00. Return flight KQ741 departs Maputo at 13:50 and arrives Nairobi at 18:45.
The new route is part of Kenya Airways' wider expansion strategy, which includes increasing frequencies to Accra, Lagos, New York and Paris, as well as a new domestic route between Nairobi and Eldoret.
