Etihad adds Bali to its network

Etihad will begin its first direct flights to Bali on April 23, 2024.

Flights will be operated four times a week on a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. Flight EY476 departs Abu Dhabi International Airport at 22:25 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays and arrives Denpasar International Airport at 11:35 the next day. Return flight EY477 will depart Denpasar at 18:45 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, arriving in Abu Dhabi at 23:45.

“We have timed flights so that guests can even enjoy the long weekend if they want. We can't wait to go there,” said Antonoaldo Neves, CEO of Etihad Airways.

Bali has seen a rapid recovery from the pandemic and exceeded its annual target, according to Indonesia's Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy 4.5 million foreign visitors, with 4.25 million arriving between January and May 2023. The Ministry of Tourism expects more than five million foreign tourists to visit the country by the end of the year.
