Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA) is pleased to announce a major enhancement to our e-learning platform, BTA+. This dynamic platform serves as a central hub for our diverse educational offerings, including, but not limited to, an innovative partnership with the H.H. School of Hospitality and Tourism. Chaplin Florida International University (FIU) and Bacardi U.S.A.

Our partnership brings an exciting bar training program called Future Proof to the island! The program they developed in collaboration with renowned bartenders will be a valuable asset to BTA+. Since our goal is to create a comprehensive eLearning platform, it is important to emphasize that Future Proof is an integral part of what BTA+ was created for. Upon successful completion of the Future Proof training program, students will receive a Future Proof Bar Training Certificate of Completion from FIU's Bacardi Center of Excellence at the Chaplin School of Hotel and Tourism Management in North Miami, Florida, which is ranked among the top 10 hospitality programs in the United States. Future Proof expands knowledge and experience through a wide range of modules, taking our community of bartenders to new heights in the field. Coming soon to Bermudians.

Through the BTA+ e-learning platform, we are supporting the Bermuda National Tourism Plan, ensuring a sustainable future for our tourism sector. By investing in the professional development of our hospitality employees, we are enhancing the visitor experience, making Bermuda a leading tourism destination.
